In the casting process we will use algorithms and software created by Ville Marttila to analyse answers to the registration questionnaire and to calculate the suitability of each character for each registrant. While final decisions regarding the casting are made by the GMs, it is important to understand that answering “I do not want this” to a question regarding a character feature means that you will not be considered for a character with this feature. The tools will also take into account preferred genders in romantic relationships and the results of the flagging process.<\/p>\n

Casting will be done by 15.12.2019.<\/p>\n

Flagging<\/h1>\n

Once the sign-up period has ended, there is a flagging process. We will send you the list of sign-ups and if you wish to flag anyone. We do not ask any reasons, but you may provide the information if you wish.<\/p>\n

Flags:<\/p>\n

No Romance: \u201cI do not wish to play romance with this person. I\u2019m okay playing other contacts with this person.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yellow Flag: \u201cI don\u2019t wish to play close to this person. I\u2019m okay with both of us being present at the larp.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Orange Flag: \u201cI\u2019m not comfortable with this person for interpersonal reasons and if they attend, I will drop out. I don\u2019t deem them unsafe for others \/ the game, it\u2019s entirely personal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Red Flag: \u201cThis person is unsafe for other players \/ the game. If this person attends, I will drop out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nobody will be told who flagged them. The process is entirely confidential between the organizer team and the potential player.<\/p>\n

After the flagging is done, we will perform the casting of players.
